HR Long Term-Intern, İstanbul | Koç Kariyerim

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern who is eager to learn and passionate about people, technology, and AI‑driven HR processes.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle while supporting core HR initiatives in a collaborative and supportive team.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Assist hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

HR Operations & Employee Support

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentation
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the HR team

Compensation & Benefits

• Assist with payroll preparation processes by supporting data collection and checks
• Help respond to basic employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits

Performance & Learning

• Support performance review cycles, goal‑setting processes, and data tracking
• Assist in organizing training programs, onboarding sessions, and development activities

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Support employee engagement initiatives such as internal events, communication campaigns, and recognition activities
• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and people‑focused workplace culture

HR Policies & Compliance

• Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation
• Learn and support HR practices in line with labor laws and internal guidelines

3rd–4th year undergraduate students or graduate students

Availability to work minimum 3 days per week

Strong Excel skills

Good command of English (written & spoken)

Interest in technology, digital tools, and AI applications in HR

Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn

Strong communication and organizational skills
