So, what responsibilities does Branch Assistant Manager take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?

  • Determine the annual retail Sales and After-Sales Services units of profitability targets in line with the company policies and targets, to establish the annual business plan, and to ensure its implementation.
  • To guide the determination of monthly targets, customer visit programs, and activities of Sales and After-Sales Services, to follow the business results.
  • Ensure that sales personnel work in coordination with service departments and to make payment purchases of vehicles sold on time and completely. Ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Ensure the necessary coordination between the Sales and After-Sales Services departments and the distributor company.
  • Ensure the continuity of customer satisfaction. Plan and implement activities to gain new customers/sources.
  • Prepare and analyze the necessary reports on Sales and After-Sales Services to follow all processes closely.
  • Provide the necessary coordination and control with the finance and accounting departments regarding the invoice and payment processes of the customers.
  • Develop relationships with local public and private institutions and represent the company in the best possible way in the region. Plan and ensure the implementation of local sales and marketing activities.
  • Ensure coordination and motivation within the branch, the health and safety of working environments, and the functionality of the facility. Ensure that showroom and office layouts meet expected standards. Ensure compliance with contracts for outsourced services.

What are the Required Qualifications?

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 years managerial experience in the automotive industry
  • Have managerial skills
  • Knowledge of vehicle sales techniques and functions
  • Strong communication, representation and persuasion skills
  • Able to think analytically and build systems
  • Knowledge of business and finance
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
