So, what responsibilities does the Budget Planning & Analysis Specialist take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?


  • To prepare annual budget plans in line with the objectives of the company, to support the consolidation of these, to ensure the follow-up and control
  • To prepare budget-forecast inflation accounting adjustments
  • Analyze actual vs. budget variances and provide actionable insights
  • Supporting domestic and multinational reporting
  • To support preparation monthly management reports accurately and timely
  • Take part in the preparation and monitoring of year-end forecast results
  • To contribute to the development of budget and forecast reporting processes
  • Providing insight into operating performance and helping influence business decisions.



What are the Required Qualifications?


  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or other related departments of universities
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning &analysis or financial reporting
  • Experienced in inflation accounting principles
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements and analysis
  • Experienced in financial reporting and budgeting processes
  • Preferably experienced in SAP and Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFM) system
  • Experienced in reading, analyzing and consolidating data
  • Good command of English
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical skills and result-oriented
