So, what responsibilities does the Alternative Channels Assistant Manager take on at Otokoç Automotive?

To take an active role in the infrastructure development processes of the Otokoç Sigorta digital platform.
To provide coordination with the Marketing team for business and process improvements and communication within the scope of the annual digital sales target of Otokoç Sigorta and to follow the actions ,
To support the realization of the commercial conditions of the campaigns to be implemented in the Otokoç Sigorta digital platform and Call Center in accordance with the sales strategies,
To work together with the Marketing team in finding and implementing digital business development ideas ,
To manage the insurance call center operation, to monitor the performance criteria, to analyze and to take the necessary actions for improvement,
To work together with the marketing team and other partners in the necessary analysis, editing, IT integration processes related to new insurance products and services,
To work with business units, marketing team, IT and other partners in the management process of projects in digital channels,
Following and analyzing trends in the insurance industry,
Following the regulations of the regulators in the insurance sector and making the necessary updates,
To monitor the sales performance in the processes and to coordinate with the Marketing team for actions aimed at performance improvements,
To make operational organization of website-insurance sales-collection-damage processes.

What are the Required Qualifications?

Bachelor's degree from related departments of universities,
At least 7 years of experience in online insurance sales channels,
Experienced in digital product management,
High organizational and planning skills,
Proficient in MS Office applications,
Fluent in English.
