Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic International Student Recruitment Assistant Specialist to lead Koç University’s international recruitment efforts within the Student Recruitment Office, with the goal of increasing global visibility and attracting talented international students to our undergraduate and graduate programs. This is a one-year position.

Support the planning and implementation of international student recruitment strategies and activities for undergraduate and graduate programs.
Organize and coordinate communication activities aimed at increasing the number of international student applications and strengthening Koç University's global visibility.
Communicate with prospective international students and provide accurate and timely information about Koç University, its academic programs, and the application process.
Represent Koç University in international student recruitment activities by traveling abroad and attending student recruitment fairs, school visits, university visits, and other relevant events.
Establish and maintain relationships with international education agents and partners to support student recruitment efforts.
Follow up with prospective students throughout their decision-making and application journey and contribute to candidate engagement activities.
Support the organization and promotion of recruitment events, webinars, information sessions, and other activities targeting prospective international students.
Contribute to activities and initiatives that strengthen Koç University's international presence and engagement with diverse student communities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in student recruitment, international education, admissions, marketing, communications, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in English and Turkish, additional languages preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with prospective students, education agents, schools, universities, and other international stakeholders.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with people from diverse cultural and international backgrounds.
Interest in international higher education and student recruitment.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, with enthusiasm for representing Koç University at recruitment events and fairs.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
