Specialist Engineer - R&D, | Koç Kariyerim

We are looking for a passionate Specialist Engineer- R&D who will join our team at R&D Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Follow up on digital modeling and structural design activities and CAE tool usage (Hyperworks preferred), AI-based design tool benchmarking, and implement CAE Modelling Ecosystem
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure project milestones are met and be responsible CAE activities of the squad.
• Ensure technical documentation, patent app, and reporting are completed accurately and on time,
• Prepare Design studies, experimental setups, test plans, and evaluation reports for the relevant squad,
• Work actively with internal stakeholders to support innovation and product development, following the structural design process within the relevant Tribes squad
• Be responsible for executing and improving assigned R&D projects.

The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How do we describe a perfect match?

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Eng. Dept. (A masters degree, either completed or in progress, is preferred)
• Having experience in project-based R&D environments, especially in the home appliances sector.
• General knowledge of mechanical design principles, structural analysis, and product development processes,
