What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Product Management (Home Comfort-Air Conditioners) who will join our team at Product Sourcing Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Work closely with multi-functional and multi-national teams to create and execute global long-term product group roadmaps,
• Demonstrate strong analytical, marketing, and product management skills with a long-term approach,
• Understand consumer insights,
• Analyze market, consumer, and technology trends to offer innovative projects,
• Lead the entire product journey end-to-end, from the emergence of the product idea based on consumer needs to the product launch and market performance analysis,
• Manage product ranges with a P&L, efficiency, and strategic pricing approach, in coordination with regional and local teams.

The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related departments,
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or Marketing,
• Has working experience in cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D or related areas is preferable,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset.
