Senior Lead - Corporate Finance, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Lead – Corporate Finance to join our team at the Finance & Enterprise Risk  Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Take the primary role in borrowing related bank relationships of the Group,
• Fund business requirements and investing surplus cash,
• Manage and monitor borrowings of Beko and its subsidiaries,
• Preparing month-end reports for internal divisions,
• Advise the business on requirements with a detailed understanding of Bekos borrowing arrangements,
• Coordinate communication with Lenders; monitoring and reporting of borrowing related requirements,
• Develop and execute fund strategies for new products and geographies,
• Review and negotiate legal documentation for new funds and amendments of existing funds,
• Prepare treasury related analysis and reviews for top management,
• Support Department Head with various ongoing/ad hoc projects including optimising cash,  liquidity position, credit risk and balance sheet impact,
• Responsible for the budget, forecast, and reporting processes for all financial costs.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering Departments or related disciplines,
• Preferably with corporate treasury experience or relevant experience in banks treasury  related divisions,
• Minimum 8 years working experience, bank experience is plus,
• A good understanding of banking, finance and credit management is crucial,
• Experience in ECA financing, syndication loans, eurobond issuance, or cash pool management is a plus,
• Enthusiasm for catching-up with financial markets,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce concise reports,
• Business fluency in written and verbal English,
• Excellent command of MS-Office Applications with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills,
• Ability to manage and prioritize a busy workload,
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus,
