What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Researcher - User Experience Research who will join our team at Central R&D in Beko Corporate.

• Supporting the planning and execution of user research and usability test activities for products, technologies, and features,
• Conducting user interviews, usability tests, observations, and surveys with the guidance of senior team members,
• Analyzing research findings and translating them into clear insights for product development teams,
• Preparing clear and visually well-structured presentations and reports to communicate research outcomes,
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring user perspective into development projects,
• Contributing to the definition and follow-up of user experience goals in projects,
• Supporting the selection and application of appropriate research methods according to project needs,
• Benchmarking competitor products, user experience trends, and relevant literature to support ongoing projects,
• Taking part in studies with real users in order to simulate natural usage conditions,
• Managing tasks and priorities effectively in a dynamic project environment.

The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect fit?

• Bachelor/Masters degree in Engineering, Industrial Design or Cognitive Sciences
• Having interest in user experience research and usability testing,
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods,
• Interest in product development processes for hardware and/or software products,
• Having internship experience, graduation project experience, or a portfolio related to user research or design research is a plus,
• Having strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn,
• Strong communication and collaboration skills,
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams,
• Having good command of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Having good verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting market trends and new technologies,
