Lead - Network Telecommunication Administrator, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role?  

We are looking for a passionate  Lead Network & Telecommunication Administrator to join our team at Information Technologies Directorate. 

· Design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and management of the companys local and global wide area networks with a security perspective(Data Center, Routing&Switching, Wireless, NAC, VPN), 

· Prepare and maintain necessary technical documentation, 

· Monitor and analyse network performance and provide recommendations for improvement, 

· Stay up-to-date with new network&security technologies and trends, evaluate them, and explore integration opportunities for the company, 

· Take a role in improving existing processes and technologies, 

· Work actively in Information Technologies projects and processes at Analysis, Design, and Operation levels, 

· Possess knowledge of network automation tools and methods and contribute to their implementation. 

· Maintain effective communication and collaboration with relevant departments and external stakeholders.  

· Provide rapid and effective solutions to network issues and communicate with vendors when necessary. 

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce. 

How do we describe the perfect match? 

• Bachelors Degree in Computer, Electronics, Telecommunication or related engineering departments, 

• At least 3 years of experience in Network & Security, 

• Experience in SDWAN technology and management(Fortinet),  

• Experience in Firewall technology and management(Fortinet), 

• Experience in Data Center network, LAN switching, Wireless (Cisco, Huawei etc.) 

• Experience in NAC solutions(Cisco ISE), 

• Experience in Azure&AWS Cloud Network, 

• Knowledge of Load Balancer, 

• Knowledge of WAF, 

• Knowledge of OT Security, 

• Knowledge of Agentic AI is a plus, 

• Having a CCNP or similar certificate is a plus. 

• Having experience in project management is a plus. 

• Knowledge of ITIL or COBIT is a plus. 

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
