Lead - Domestic Tax & Incentive, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead - Domestic Tax & Incentive who will join our team at Accounting Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Follow up the recent and upcoming changes in regulations, 
• Conduct necessary analysis, evaluation and implementation process for tax procedures to comply with tax laws,
• Proactive and inquisitive - eager to challenge the status quo to drive efficiency and improvement, giving answer from public authorities, tax inspectors, auditors and business units of company in terms of tax and accounting principles,
• Preparation and submission of  VAT 1-2, Special Consumption Tax-4, withholding tax,
• Control foreign invoices in terms of tax regulation,
• Preparation of tax returns (VAT, corporate tax, etc.) on timing and accuracy basis,
• Preparation of VAT Refund lists and related documentation,
• Manage compliance processes of Beko and its subsidiaries, 
• Follow legal regulations related to tax management,
• Provide tax consultancy on various projects and business models,

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Having a degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related Business Fields departments,  
• At least 5 years of experience in tax, audit or accounting departments,   
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, 
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Being candidate of Certification of public accountant (Being CPA is an asset)
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, 
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity, 
• A great team player with a self- initiative mindset,
• Highly motivated to learn and improve,
