What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Head - Cash Management who will join our team at Finance & Enterprise Risk Directorate in Beko Corporate. 

In this role, you will shape and execute the Groups global cash and liquidity strategy, ensuring optimal cash utilization, financial resilience, and full visibility across all subsidiaries.

This role has a direct impact on the Groups balance sheet strength, funding efficiency, and sustainable growth strategy.

• Define and execute the Groups global cash management and liquidity strategy,
• Ensure full visibility and optimization of global cash positions, including oversight of cash pooling structures,
• Consolidate, challenge, and enhance Group-level cash flow forecasts and working capital assumptions,
• Lead and manage global banking relationships, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and cost optimization,
• Own and continuously improve trade finance, Supply Chain Finance (SCF), and structured liquidity solutions,
• Drive treasury systems enhancements (TMS, SAP treasury modules) and process standardization across subsidiaries,
• Lead month-end closing processes related to cash management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls,
• Provide executive-level insights on cash position, liquidity outlook, working capital trends, and stress scenarios,
• Oversee bank account governance (openings, closures, signatories) across the Group,
• Strengthening internal controls, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance framework.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in cash management within a multinational environment
• Strong expertise in global liquidity management, cash pooling structures, banking frameworks, and trade finance instruments
• Proven experience in structured liquidity solutions such as Supply Chain Finance and dynamic discounting
• Solid understanding of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), SAP treasury modules, and digital cash management tools
• Demonstrated success in leading complex banking negotiations
• Strong understanding of internal controls, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial data into executive-level insights
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating cross-border teams
• High ownership mentality and a solution-oriented approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• MBA or professional qualification (CFA or similar) is a strong plus
