What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for an  Engineer - R&D (Power Electronics) who will work for Compressor Plant.

• Analysis, Tests and Verifications of Embedded SW Designs for motor control projects of compressors / refrigerators .
• Developing derivatives of Motor Control Softwares for new models.
• PMAC Motor performance simulations by using SPEED programmer.
• Following Standard Approval Tests and Process.
• Benchmarking of Inverter Motors and Boards.
• Following quality improvement actions
• Following cost down projects.

The position is located in Eskisehir, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineer, Electronics Engineering or Power Electronics Engineering.
• Having knowledge or experience in Permanent Magnet Synchronous (BLDC, PMAC, PMDC ) motor control technologies.
• Having experience in Electronic Simulation and PCB design softwares such as KiCad, Altium, Eagle, Ltspice, Powersim.
• Having experience in electromagnetics, power electronics and power systems.
• Being Skilled in the use of complex analytical tools such as motor modeling and mathematical analysis programs such as Maxwell, Ansys MotorCad, Simcenter SPEED etc.
• Having knowledge of the design of high-performance permanent magnet motors using magnetic materials.
• Having familiarity to design products for compliance with worldwide IEC / CEN / CENELEC standards.
• General knowledge of FMEA, requirements management, project management, problem solving methodologies and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
• Having desire to solve problems and ability to handle stress.
