What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead Engineer who will join our team at Research and Development Directorate.

• Managing global and domestic R&D incentive programs, including those by the European Commission and TÜBİTAK
• Overseeing the R&D incentive projects portfolio and ensure efficient project execution.
• Leading the R&D Center reporting process and maintain relations with the Ministry of Industry and Technology, TÜBİTAK, and other institutions.
• Developing strategic collaborations and networks within the European Research Area for Horizon Europe and other EU framework programs
• Establishing and managing partnerships with universities, research institutes, and technology companies

The position located in Istanbul, Turkiye.

How do we describe perfect match?

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Masters in industrial engineering, technology management, or engineering management preferred)
• Experience in R&D processes, project management, and technology management.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Analytical mindset with a passion for following new market trends and technologies.
• Creative, open to innovation, and eager to embrace new perspectives.
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
