What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer - Dijital Manufacturing Systems to join our team at Dishwasher Manufacturing Plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Execution: Contribute to all stages of IT projects, including requirements analysis, solution design, software development, technical testing, user acceptance testing, and final deployment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal customers to identify needs, gather and validate requirements, define project scope, and prepare comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to support planning and execution.
• Technical Development & Integration: Collaborate with the development team to deliver end-to-end solutions, encompassing frontend and backend development, database design, IoT technologies (PLC, OPC, network hardware), and system integrations via REST API or SOAP services.
• Continuous Improvement & Learning: Demonstrate commitment to professional growth by continuously developing technical skills and applying new technologies to enhance software solutions and project outcomes.
• AI Readiness & Innovation: Embrace modern AI tools and methodologies, contributing to the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions that support operational efficiency and organizational innovation.

The position is located Ankara, Türkiye.

How we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electric - Electronic Engineering or related disciplines,
• Strong knowledge of .Net framework, C#, React, Relational databases (e.g. MSSQL, Oracle),
• Basic knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software architecture principles (SOLID, Clean, Event-Driven),
• Ability to write secure, testable, and reusable code,
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) and proficiency in version control systems such as Git, including modern branching and workflow practices.
• Knowledge of OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus, or similar industrial protocols is a plus,
• Knowledge of Python Programming languages is a plus,
• Knowledge of No SQL Database is a plus,
