What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager - Global Champ who will join our team at Global Brand Management Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Plays a critical role in defining and executing global brand strategy for Beko brand
• Drive the development of global brand equity, campaign planning, and product communication, ensuring consistency across markets while tailoring strategies to local needs.
• Lead the development and execution of global brand strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Drive the creation of 360° marketing campaigns, including ATL, digital, retail, and trade activations.
• Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) launches by defining value propositions, messaging, and visual assets.
• Manage relationships with global creative agencies, guiding them through campaign execution and performance evaluation.
• Define and implement global Point of Sale (POS) and retail marketing materials.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Trade, and Finance) to ensure commercial success.
• Provide input on brand portfolio strategy, including market clustering and product positioning.
• Analyze brand and category performance, extracting insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted platforms, continuously seeking smarter and faster ways of working.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, with experience working on global and/or regional brands (Master degree is a plus)
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset, able to translate brand, category, and business performance data into clear insights and actionable strategies
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields
• Skilled in working with global teams and managing both global and local agency relationships
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix organization and influence stakeholder
