Associate - System Development & Projects, | Koç Kariyerim

We are looking for a passionate Associate-System Development & Projects who will join our team at Purchasing Directorate.

• Analyzes and maps end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities,
• Designs, develops, and maintains automation solutions using RPA, Power Automate, and Power Apps to streamline procurement workflows,
• Leverages AI-based tools and technologies to enhance process efficiency and support smarter decision-making,
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement,
• Simplifies and presents complex data and process flows in a clear, concise manner for the management team,
• Builds simple reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions across business units,
• Supports cross-functional teams by translating business needs into digital and automated solutions,
• Takes ownership of assigned tasks within projects, tracks progress, and contributes to project plans,
• Continuously explores new digital tools and technologies to improve existing processes.
  
  

This position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect fit?

• Holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Engineering, Operational Research, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field,
• Is a recent graduate (or in the final year) with a strong eagerness to build a career in digitalization and process automation,
• Has familiarity with or a strong interest in RPA, Artificial Intelligence, Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar low-code/automation technologies, and is eager to develop further in these areas,
• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data and turn it into meaningful insights,
• Possesses excellent problem-solving skills and a structured, process-oriented mindset,
• Is capable of analyzing, questioning, and improving business processes,
• Has strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (knowledge of SQL, Python, or SAP is a plus),
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Follows and adopts market trends and new technologies,
• Thinks outside the box and is open to new perspectives,
• Is a great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
