Associate - State of Art Brands, | Koç Kariyerim

We are seeking a highly motivated, curious and growth-driven Brand Associate – Global Brand Management to join our Global Brand Management Directorate.

As Brand Associate, you will contribute to the execution of global brand strategies across Beko Corporate Global Brands (Beko, Whirlpool, Hotpoint & Indesit). You will play an active role in campaign development while collaborating with cross-functional teams and international markets to contribute global brand strategy.

• Take part in the development and coordination of 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, digital, retail and trade).

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes by preparing messaging frameworks, value propositions and communication assets.

• Coordinate with global creative agencies by tracking timelines, consolidating feedback and ensuring brand guideline compliance.

• Assist in the development and rollout of global Point of Sale (POS) and retail marketing materials.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Trade Marketing, Finance) to align communication with commercial priorities.

• Contribute to brand portfolio analysis by preparing market and competitor research.

• Monitor brand and category performance metrics, preparing reports and insight summaries.

• Explore and utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency in content creation, analysis and workflow management.

   How do we describe the perfect match?

   

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
• 0–2 years of experience (internship or project experience in marketing is a plus).
• Strong interest in global brand management and marketing strategy.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity for market trends and consumer insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working in English in an international setting.
• Open to learning and experimenting with AI-supported tools and new ways of working.
