What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate - Human Resources join our team at Dryer Plant in Beko Corporate. 

• Follows developments in artificial intelligence and digital HR technologies and is open to applying them in daily HR practices.
• Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related requests from relevant teams and directing them to appropriate HR functions, when necessary,
• Providing operational support for core HR processes including performance management, employee engagement, internal communication, recruitment and onboarding, learning and development,
• Contributing to talent and career development processes through data collection, tracking, and reporting activities,
• Coordinating with relevant HR teams to support managers on people-related matters,
• Taking part in HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and supporting project teams,
• Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives related to organizational development, change management, employer branding, and talent acquisition,
• Supporting the preparation, reporting, and data tracking of HR KPIs.

This position is in Tekirdağ, Çerkezköy.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors Degree from Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related fields,
• Preferably experience or internship in Human Resources,
• Being able to conduct guidance and counseling to departments,
• Competency in coordination and organization issues,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
