Associate - Financial Controlling & Analysis, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate - Financial Controlling & Analysis (Production & Technology) who will join our team at Financial Planning and Corporate Performance Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Responsible for production cost reporting and analysis,
• Create monthly and annual reports, examine all financials and data of manufacturing plants, closely check for results and reasons,
• Conduct material, COGM,Opex, Transformation Cost, EFC (ex-factory cost), production units, plant inventory and stock days, etc. analysis for all plants and production categories worldwide,
• Follow industry trends and dynamics, and run analysis to show impact on business,
• Monitor KPIs of manufacturing plants,
• Integration and adaptation of plants to HQ financial reporting systems and processes,
• Maintain and ensure the reporting standards and analysis principles through all Beko plants,
• Lead, coordinate and assist all manufacturing plants and other production related functions during budget and forecast processes,
• Contribution to financial projects as needed,
• Trigger initiatives and contributing digitalization projects to improve financial reporting infrastructure.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics,
• Having strong cost accounting background is plus,
• Having experience in audit, financial controlling, financial reporting,cost accounting or related fields is plus,
• Strong reporting perspective and analytical skills,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
