Senior Specialist - Merchandising, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Merchandising who will join our team at Marketing Directorate in Arçelik Türkiye.

• Work closely with multi-functional teams such as Marketing Categories, Sales, Brand Management and visit dealers on the region,
• Direct the 3rd party Merchandising Agency Team of 21 person to implement and monitor the correct merchandising standards to all Arçelik & Beko stores,
• Build digital audit system and physical merchandising standards across all dealership system,
• Determine and update digital/physical audit questions in line with the companys marketing and sales strategies,
• Report all merchandising activities to sales, marketing and other relevant teams and taking action with merchandising team if necessary,
• Coordinate with marketing, sales and regional marketing teams and transform their strategies into effective merchandising applications in stores,
• Monitor different merchandising activities within industry and suggesting new ideas to related teams,
• Creation and management of department budget, monitoring monthly progress, doing adjustments if necessary,
• Provide support to Merchandising team members in all Marketing Directorate related operational tasks,
• Follow up daily activities and yearly aggreements.

The position is located in Kadıköy, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or related departments,
• Willing to pursue a career in Merchandising,
• Min 3 years experience in cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales or related areas,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
