What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate - Corporate Marketing who will join our team at the Corporate Marketing Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Coordinate closely with marketing leadership, sales teams, product teams, and external partners.
• Support marketing activities across all B2B business units (Solar & Energy Solutions, Water Filtration, LED/Professional Display, Built-in & Freestanding Appliances, Professional HVAC).
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns.
• Prepare briefs for internal teams and external agencies.
• Support the development of communication concepts and ensure brand alignment across channels.
• Assist with digital campaign coordination and marketing communications tasks.
• Track marketing budgets, expenditures, and documentation; support cost consolidation.
• Organize and coordinate events, exhibitions, sponsorships, partner activities, logistics, suppliers, and promotional materials.
• Assist the Pricing Lead with pricing preparation and coordination.
• Prepare internal commercial presentations and materials.
• Consolidate data and prepare sales & marketing reports for the whole of the directorate.

The position located in Kadıköy, İstanbul.

How we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or related fields
• No prior professional experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Interest in marketing, business operations, and B2B environments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Familiarity with reporting or analytical tools such as Excel, or similar platforms (Power BI etc.)
• Interest in digital marketing and data-driven decision making
• Internship or academic project experience related to marketing or business analytics
