What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive (EV Charging Ecosystem) to join our team at WAT Mobilite Sales & Marketing Team.

• Set and execute the product strategy for all customers who require ev charging, energy management, across fleet, commercial, and residential segments,
• Manage all facets (strategy, processes, systems, reporting) surrounding the pricing of recurring revenue products,
• Work closely with the business team, including leaders in Sales, Product Portfolio Management, Business Development, Engineering and Program Management, Support, and Marketing, to align commercial, objectives and customer needs with the product roadmap, with an eye toward growing the software business in these key markets,
• Conduct sales and customer research to inform pricing & packaging strategies and influence monetization decisions on software features.

The position is located in Çamlıca Office. Hybrid working model is available.


How we describe the perfect match?

• 5+ years of total professional experience in (preferably) Sales, Account Management,
• BS in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent degree required; MBA or equivalent academic experience is a plus,
• Experience in any commercial or technical roles in EV Charging / eMobility business. EV Charger Sales, SaaS and IoT domains is a plus,
• OEM / Fleet / Rental / Long term leasing experience is plus,
• Experienced at meeting with customers and partners to understand market requirements and translating them into technical requirements for software engineering teams,
• Strong research abilities, with experience performing customer segmentation, price elasticity analysis, and margin analysis,
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple leadership levels,
• No restriction for traveling, having valid driving license,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
