What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate  Capability Building Senior Specialist who will join our team at Learning and Development Team

  • Creates ​​​​​​capability building programs roadmap and set the priorities regarding business unit’s strategies and objectives as program owner,
  • Designs and executes development programs focused on the main strategy of  both the business and the company,
  • Creates and manages upskill / reskill programs by using advanced development tools in order to mobilize employees to learn from each other and increase growth mindset,
  • Reviews L&D trends and benchmarks the internal and external environment to improve learning and development activities,
  • Defines competencies and capability needs for critical roles in line with the talent management strategy and mapping them with development solutions,
  • Contributes specific talent and learning projects when required,
  • Manages and ensures the realization of Training & Development programs in parallel with the program design,
  • Working closely with global and Turkey HR teams and responds to inquiries on development efforts,
  • Receives feedback from participants, suppliers, managers and all related parties in order to create and implement improvement actions,
  • Monitoring the Training and Development budget to ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently,
  • Follows up the invoices of the programs and records budget realization for development efforts through organizations budget and purchasing platforms,
  • Working closely with L&D Operational Excellence team on reporting and planning programs,
  • Acting as a program lead on online program management.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

 

How do we describe the perfect fit?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related fields,
  • Willing to pursue a career in Learning and Development,
  • Having experience in learning and development / talent management and development is a plus,
  • Strong program design and program management skills,
  • High learning agility,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
  • Outside the box thinking ability,
  • Open to innovation culture,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives,
  • A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
  • Knowing what empathy really means,
  • Being open to communications always our priority.
