If you fulfil those below;

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Material Metallurgical and Chemical Engineering),
Preferably 10 years of experience in the sales field, sectoral knowledge, or business development
Having sales experience, being able to understand and analyze competitor applications in the market, having knowledge of general marketing trends and team management,
Preferably industry (iron steel, cement, automotive manufacture) experience,
Lubricants and energy market knowhow,
Experienced in customer relationship management,
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
At least Upper Intermediate-Advanced level in English,
Excellent command of MS Office programs,
Experienced in data analysis, reporting, and presenting,
Energetic and creative, good at teamwork with excellent communication skills, high ability of persuasion,
No restriction for traveling.

***Position will be based in İstanbul Altunizade Head Office.

Creating annual business plans in alignment with the goals and plans determined with the Industrial Sales Director,
Managing activities related to the expansion and development of the Chemical Process Management Service in the sector,
Developing and implementing sector-specific action plans for entering new markets in the industrial channel,
Ensuring the growth of services and new markets by coordinating sales and technical departments in related projects, carrying out plans and visits, and ensuring sustainability,
Carrying out all activities related to the monitored project/topic, such as meetings, visits, pilot implementations, sample studies, workshops, prototype preparations, etc,
Monitoring new business opportunities that can be transferred both from within and outside the sector through domestic and international fairs and other channels,
Ensuring coordination with all relevant units and departments in activities related to the selected business model or projects.
