Lead - HR Data & Time Management, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead - HR Data & Time Management who will join our team at Human Resources Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Take an active role in solving problems related to personal affairs and time management,

• Payroll error report checks and personal error report checks in SAP every month,

• Evaluate of new job design, preparing corrective action plan according to survey results and customer feedback,

• SAP registration of collective agreement wage increases and benefits,

• Establish business partnerships with payroll management, human resources and administrative affairs management,

• Support and accomplish the development of department employees in business processes, 

• Advise the department on labor law and industrial relations issues,

• Take an active role in employee loyalty and internal / external customer satisfaction,

• Be in the process of sharing and disseminating reports at the right time,

• Follow up existing or needed developments and improvements with HRIS teams and ensuring their completion.

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related fields,

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources field in HR Data and Time Management,

• Excellent verbal and written skills in Turkish and English,

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and SAP HR module,

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
