What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate – Events&Sponsorships who will join our team at Marketing Directorate.

  • Understand business strategy and target audience and work to ensure sponsorship and event marketing strategy supports the business goals.

  • Manage the end-to-end process of sponsorship and event planning & execution

  • Partner with business stakeholders to help define, support, identify, evaluate and create content for event marketing opportunities that support the business agenda.

  • Develop partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors in order to leverage and consolidate idea, shared resources and cross-sell event opportunities;

  • Manage and keep track sponsorship and event budget with a view to cost efficiency;

  • Target appropriate audiences to provide maximum impact and evaluate KPIs to measure success

  • Drive vision with creative, environmental design, and digital to bring experiential vision to life

  • Drive sponsorship and event communication and calendar

  • Identify and maximize local brand partnerships that extend brand reach, relevance, and amplify brand content.

  • Management invoices, sponsorships and contracts for events, as well as managing all kinds of operational tasks within the team and guiding teammates

The position is located in Kadıköy.

 

 

How do we describe the perfect match?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields (preferably Master degree in Marketing),

  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills,

  • Self motivated with good communication and excellent presentation skills,

  • Ability to analyze numerical data and drive business results,

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken),

  • No military obligation (for male candidates),

  • Experienced in university clubs,

  • Must be interested and knowledgeable about sports, especially football and basketball,

  • Open to flexible working hours and enthusiastic about weekend activities,

  • Willingness about management invoice management, contracts for sponsorship and events, as well as all kinds of operational tasks within the team,

  • Skilled in inter-team communication and coordination,

  • Willing and skilled in the management of event operations,

  • Open to development and has a perspective that will support teamwork with the guidance of his/her teammates and manager,

  • Skilled in presentation and design perspective,

  • Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,

  • Outside the box thinking ability,
  • Open to innovation culture,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives,
  • A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
  • Knowing what empathy really means,
  • Being open to communications always our priority.
