What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead - Accounting who will join our team at Finance & Accounting Directorate in Arçelik Türkiye.

• Conduct company's receivable account management,
• Conduct financial analysis, credit scoring and risk performance of existing and future customers/dealers/ services,
• Control and carry out the guarantee process of customers including real estate appraisals, mortgages, bank guarantee letters,
• Be in touch with servic management /finance teams in terms of receivables performance, open account limit assessment and approvals,
• Instant, weekly, monthly and annual reporting,
• Report monthly risk reports, receivable performance reports and presentations to upper management,
• Follow-up, reporting and early warning system development of overdue receivables,
• Create risk mitigations through action plans with process owners, monitor the progress of those actions,
• Take a role in the company's new projects with a visionary perspective (feasibility, risk assessments, etc.),
• Estimate the budget of the management, tracking the actual expenses vs budget,
• Work as a business partner with services management teams.

The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Finance or similar programs,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance field and risk management experience is a plus,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Experience in creating reports/presentations,
• Having strong knowledge of MS Office applications with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills,
• Experience in SAP Credit Risk, SAP FI and SAP BPC is a plus,
• Experience in Qlik Sense and RPA is a plus,
• Developing projects to improve business processes and taking an active role.
