Lead - Treasury & Cash Management, | Koç Kariyerim

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead - Treasury & Cash Management who will join our team at Finance&Enterprise Risk Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Analyze exposures and ensure proper risk mitigation as per company procedures,
• Provide day-to-day supervision and analyse company’s FX , liquidity and commodity position,
• Partner closely with dealers and internal stakeholder for daily management of liquidity and risk(FX-IR-commodity) position,
• Ensure financial market transactions are carried out efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies,
• Maintain effective control processes for financial operations and run MtM valuations,
• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of hedge accounting strategies,
• Evaluate hedge performance, substantiate and report financing profit and loss figures within company,
• Analyze financing P&L to optimize financial outcomes,
• Develop and update periodic financial risk reports for management,
• Ensure regulatory reporting is executed in an accurate and timely manner,
• Develop, update, and ensure adherence to treasury policies and procedures,
• Maintain and update KYC and AML documentation in collaboration with Compliance and Legal,
• Administration of Treasury Management System and e-banking user set-up,
• Monitoring of external counterparty limits.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering Departments or related disciplines,
• Minimum 4-6 years Corporate Treasury/Risk/Mid Office experience, preferably with additional relevant experience in banks related divisions,
• A good understanding of  treasury products-transactions, banking regulations, valuation tools and risk management,
• Knowledge of accounting principles and SAP, proficiency in treasury systems and tools,
• Business fluency in written and verbal English,
• Excellent command of MS-Office Applications with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills,
• Strong Team and communication skills,
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
