What awaits you in this role?

 

We are looking for a passionate Lead – Total Rewards who will join our team at Integration & Total Rewards Directorate in Beko Corporate.

 

  • Designing and implementing international total reward policies,
  • Preparing a “total rewards integration” roadmap and ensuring the cooperation of all the parties in implementation,
  • Analyzing and evaluating existing compensation and benefits programs across companies to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement,
  • Conducting benchmarks & research on benefit implementation (LTI, pension plans, flexible benefits), anticipating market trends in order to provide clear and accurate information and to ensure the organization remains competitive and attractive to employees,
  • Making recommendations based on data analysis that comply with our global strategy and specific markets regulations,
  • Improving and executing international mobility processes for both short- and long-term assignments by administrating and interpreting policies and regulations, as well as coordinating a variety of information, ensuring compliance for the organization,
  • Coordinating the ongoing C&B cycles: annual salary review, bonuses, performance, benefits review, etc.
  • Providing guidance and training to country HR teams in the execution of those C&B cycles,
  • Developing and delivering training and communication programs to ensure employees understand and are informed about C&B programs,
  • Ensuring all compensation and benefits programs are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

 

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

 

How do we describe the perfect match?

 

  • Having a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration and relevant faculties,
  • 5+ years of experience in international Total Rewards, C&B environment,
  • Relevant experience in international LTI management, pension and other benefit policies,
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits programs,
  • Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Being able to set strategic priorities/objectives,
  • Partner with others to determine appropriate solutions to business needs,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
  • A team player with a self-initiative mindset.
