Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Media & Communications, Marketing, Sociology, Phycology or related fields
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Employer Branding and Employee Experience Design, Talent Acquisition Strategies or Internal Communications
• Having experience in Design Thinking, Process Design, Experience Design is a plus,
• Strong Knowledge of employer branding program design; employee experience design; recruitment process design; employee communications
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• No restriction for traveling,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,

Job Description
Arçelik is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Senior Specialist who will work for HR Directorate.
- Developing talent acquisition strategies to attract the best talent to the company
- Coordinating and mentoring Regional and local HR teams about determining and implementing the talent acquisition actions defined in parallel with the global employer branding strategies
- Determining global recruitment strategies and ensuring standardization of implementation across all regions
- Continuously improving recruitment process by focusing on candidate experience and considering digitalization opportunities, best practices and benchmarks
- Guiding Regional and local HR teams about creating candidate pools and medium-to-long term recruitment plans in line with business strategies and priorities
- Managing recruitment consultancy firms; evaluating performance of consultancy firms annually; conducting satisfaction surveys and evaluating requests to work with new firms
- Keeping list of consulting firms up to date and directing Regional and local HR teams in this regard
- Following best practices and benchmarks for onboarding processes; continuously improving the onboarding process in order to maximize the employee experience; providing consultancy and guidance on process implementation by business units
- Continuously improving Fresh Start Internship Program to maximize intern experience and ensuring compliance to timeline and program scope as designed
- Conducting all kinds of internal and external communication to strengthen employer branding, maximizing employee engagement and motivation
- Coordinating and attending university activities and other career days; ensuring participation in the framework of employer branding strategy and determining necessary organizational needs
- Designing programs that will contribute to the Arçelik Employer Branding strategy
- Designing and mapping employee experience journeys; listening employees through surveys, focus groups, 1-1 interviews and generate insights; using these insights in designing actions to improve employee experience; implementing and monitoring these actions
- Managing global communication channels and platforms, producing content compatible with Arçelik Employer Branding Strategy, consulting HR teams on coordination with businesses and subsidiaries
- Designing the content that will be published in the social media accounts of the company together with Communication Agency
- Determining reward policies across Arçelik and working in coordination with the relevant business units for the implementation of award management procedures
- Determining the schedule of employee engagement survey process and implementing the survey in Arçelik together with the survey company
- Analyzing and reporting employee engagement survey results across Arçelik, in order to determine and follow the action plans
