Role & Responsibilities

Act as the CoE of Development and Talent Management. Responsible for designing & development of   systems & processes including Performance Management, Learning & Development, Talent Identification, Succession Planning,

•             Focuses upon the management of activities around identifying the relevant skills required across the organisation building associated capability and relevant training programmes which ensure existing skills are retained and new skills are introduced within organization as required.

•             Manages and designs  the LD policies, processes and practices to ensure alignment to the corporate strategy

•             Builds/maintains/leverages the Tat/Düzey Skills Catalogue as required and works collaboratively with HR  business partners  to identify critical skills for roles to support effective workforce planning

•             Proactively builds knowledge and competence, looking externally for best practice experimenting with new ideas/technologies - and implements innovative digital learning and development solutions, to support the learning and development agenda;

•             Develops implements and standardizes leadership development, organizational development and talent management processes

•             Develops and implements all assessment and evaluation tools

•             Identifies and reports metrics

•             Prepares career development roadmaps and programs for emerging competencies responding to new trends

•             Buildis new systems for succession planning and talent management processes

•             Designs leadership development programs with company strategies, goals and career development roadmaps

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a business-related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in HR process
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including performance management, talent management, learning & development
  • Project Management skill is a plus
  • Analytical thinking, costumer-focus
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills,
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and coaching skills
