Job Specifications

Building and implementing all marketing activities under responsibility (lead generation campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, sales contests, web applications, customers events, demo activities) to reach company’s targets, measuring results and efficiency
Management of Case & New Holland Construction Equipment Pricing
Technical management of Construction Equipment (product configurations) in line with market trends, competitors and customer demand
Following up closely market trends, new technologies, competitors, designing and implementing innovative projects to serve our vision to be an innovative player in the market
Coaching teams commercially and technically to oversee the sales effort , technical assistance to all related parties, training/assistance to Training Department in Product Trainings to Sales Teams and Dealers
Management of all local purchases (technical product description, pricing, stock management) in cooperation with Purchasing Department
Preparation of all product related reports (Competitor Comparisons, Performance Reports, Cost of Ownership Studies)
Periodical Dealer/Customer Visits to increase Brand Image, Brand Awareness and Visibility of Case and New Holland brands
Order & Inventory Management in cooperation with Supply Chain Department

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Administrative Sciences
Master Degree in Marketing is an asset
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in Construction Equipment
Good command of English
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Good follow-up skills, strong organizational and co-ordination skills
Effective problem solving skills
