Digital Channel IT Team Leader - Koçtaş

We are looking for a team-mate as a Omnichannel IT Team Leader to join our IT Team.

We will grow stronger with you, if you have; 

• Bachelor Degree from Industrial, Computer, Mathematics, Informatics or Business Engineering Departments
• Web B2C at least 7 years of experience in business analysis and processes (preferably Hybris)
• Knowledge of database architectures
• Team Management experience
• Proven experience in e-commerce processes  
• 3rd Party integrations ( Specially marketing tools ) experience
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Experience in web applications and web services
• Digital Marketing and Google Analytics know-how is a plus
• Agile experince is a plus.

What will you be responsible from?



• Managing a team responsible for all web solutions, integrations and processes.
• Analyze and resolve requests from business units or provide the necessary coordination and solution to the relevant units
• Determine the development and change expectations of business units in SAP and other software applications, research, identify and provide solutions and technologies to meet expectations
• Identifying project development needs and supporting software development efforts,
• To be actively involved in the conceptual design process of the new B2C project 
• Provide communication and coordination between technology consultants and company employees when necessary
• Responsible for web / mobile / kiosk processes and support
• Direct external resources and perform technical work
