Now, we are looking for a Sales Assistant Manager - Fleet for the Birmot branch one of the Otokoç Otomotiv brands, Birmot Beylikdüzü (İstanbul) organization.

Furthermore, Otokoç Otomotiv operates in several different countries all around the world, Greece, Hungary, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Kazakhstan. 

Now, we are looking for a Sales Assistant Manager - Fleet for the Birmot branch one of the Otokoç Otomotiv brands, Birmot Beylikdüzü (İstanbul) organization.



•    To determine the annual retail sales and profitability targets in line with the company's policies and targets, to establish the annual business plan and to ensure its implementation.

•    To guide the determination of sales personnel's monthly targets, customer visit programs and activities, to follow the business results

•    To ensure that sales personnel work in coordination with service departments and to make payment purchases of vehicles sold on time and completely.

•    To gain new retail customers with the data obtained from internal and external sources.

•    To ensure the supply of the vehicle by performing the necessary coordination with the distributor company for the supply of the vehicle requests received on time. To provide the necessary coordination in relation to special manufacturing vehicles

•    Planning and implementing activities to gain new customers


•    Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics

•    At least 5 years of working experience; preferably minimum 2 years management experience in automotive sales

•    Having technical knowledge about automotive sales

•    Strong analytical & critical thinking skills and ability to manage multi-projects

•    Ability to improve business processes; project and team management skills

•    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to liaise and influence at all levels

•    Teamwork oriented with good communication skills

•    Fluency in English

•    No military obligation for male candidates
